1. Completed Services

Fees for completed transportation services are non-refundable.

2. Private Pay Cancellations

​

Refunds for prepaid trips may be issued if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.

3. Broker / Medicaid Trips

​

Refunds are governed by the applicable Illinois Medicaid transportation policies and broker agreements.

​

4. Exceptional Circumstances

​

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Alpha Care

Enterprises, LLC.
